i had a great start to my day off.
i made us a healthy breakfast (something pretty rare for this chocolate chip pancake and crepes drowned in powdered sugar lover).
i made scrambled eggs, toast with raspberry jam, and a smoothie with real fruit and non-fat yogurt.
this is the healthiest start i've had in a long time!
it gave me the surge of energy to wash all the dishes, clean up around the house, fold laundry, and make the bed all before noon.
i think there's something to this eating healthy thing..
here's to finishing off the day the same way! :)
Keep up the healthy breakfast...especially on Thursdays when Carter comes over. You'll need the energy!
