10 weeks

10 week update:

-we switched our dr. and are so grateful for the referral, him and his office staff are great!

-we had our first ultrasound and heard the heartbeat for the first time. everything is normal. :)

-they measured baby and he/she is on track with our original due date. august 7th is still the day!

-oh and we even saw the baby wiggle his/her little arms and it was the cutest thing!

our little "peanut" is doing well! we are so so SO in love with him/her and excited to be parents!

(can't wait for the gender reveal so we can start calling baby a he or she!)

new year, new changes

2014! you're here at last!

we have been looking forward to this year for the last couple of months for several reasons.

1st- WE'RE HAVING A BABY!!!! august 7th is our due date and we couldn't be more excited!

2nd- we'll both be finishing our associates degrees this spring.
will starts his bachelors program this fall!

we have both taken some time to get through our schooling not because we don't value education,
but because we've had other opportunities and needs that we put first. now we're bound and determined to get our degrees (i'll obviously be taking a break though when our itty bitty arrives). 

3rd- our new year's resolutions. we both have several areas we want to improve on, 

and we're motivated to make these changes even more so with a baby on the way.
